Weekly automated report pulling property listings, price reductions, days-on-market data from Zillow and estimated rental income from Airbnb. Generates formatted Excel reports with charts for investment decision making.

The challenge

Investor was manually checking multiple zip codes on Zillow and Airbnb — a 6-hour weekly process that still produced incomplete data.

My solution

Built an automated pipeline that runs every Sunday night, scrapes all relevant data, calculates rental yield estimates using Airbnb comparable listings, and emails a complete investment analysis report by Monday morning.

Result

Client identified an undervalued market 4 months early. Properties purchased performed 18% above average market return.
